It stopped partway through
Long outputs get cut off. Reply with "Keep going. Pick up where you stopped, same rules, same format, do not repeat anything." Repeat until you have them all. If it keeps stopping, ask for half at a time, or pick fewer platforms per run.
It will not show me the photos
Reply "Show the actual image thumbnail in the table, not just the file name." If it still cannot, ask for the file name plus a one line description of what is in each photo so you can check the match without opening every file.
It scheduled before showing me the table
Every prompt tells it to wait, but if it jumps ahead, unschedule from the planner and reply "Show me the full table before scheduling anything."
Every caption sounds the same
That is the tell that it is not really using your brand voice. Check that your brand voice field has actual writing in it, not a description of your writing. Then run the "It sounds like AI" fixer.
It made up a photo that does not exist
Reply "Only use file names that actually exist in the folder I named. List them for me first, then reassign."
It added a day I did not pick
The prompt hands Atlas the exact list of days and dates, so it has no reason to invent one. If an extra shows up, reply "Use only the days I listed, with the dates I gave you. Remove anything else." Never post an observance you have not seen on the list.
The graphics look like free templates
Almost always too much on the frame. Run the "Make these look more expensive" fixer. The three things that do the most work are cutting the word count, making one element much bigger than the rest, and adding space at the edges.
It generated an AI photo
Stop and rerun with the "No AI imagery, use my photos" fixer. An AI couple on a wedding vendor's feed is the fastest way to lose trust with someone who books on taste. The prompt bans it, but check the output rather than assuming.
Everything came from the same wedding
This is the most common one. A folder with subfolders needs telling. Reply "Treat every subfolder as a separate wedding and pull from a different one for each post." The prompt already says it, but say it again if the output ignores it.
The vendor tags are not clickable on Instagram
They will not be. An @ mention typed into a caption is plain text on Instagram. The handle has to be added as a collaborator on the scheduled post: open the post, Edit Post, and enter the exact username. The prompt gives you a column of handles ready for that.
I want to change something I already scheduled
You do not have to delete and start over. Ask Atlas to edit the scheduled posts directly, in plain language: add the missing questions, cut the hashtags, push the whole batch back a week. The "Change posts you already scheduled" fixer is written for this.
Carousels are taking forever
They are meant to. Atlas walks slide by slide, so one or two at a time is the realistic batch. Also worth knowing: you approve the whole batch before you can edit an individual one.
It reused the same three photos
Run the "It reused my photos" fixer. If your folder genuinely does not have enough files, it will tell you how short you are.
It added hashtags to my Facebook and Instagram posts
Reply "Remove every hashtag from the Facebook and Instagram captions. Work the keywords into the sentences instead." Hashtags do not help reach on either platform anymore.
The season is wrong
Add one line at the top of the prompt: "We are heading into fall. Write for that." Pinterest especially runs about six weeks ahead of real life.
It will not post to one of my accounts
That is a connection problem, not a prompt problem. Reconnect the account in Social Planner, confirm it is a Business or Creator account where the platform requires one, then re-run the scheduling step only.
